those are some tips so anyone who reverses does not get lied to. Do not Rs At night- Big NO. Stay away from Personal Rs, And the Ghosts well that seems to at night as well. These are tips with your own voice.

Interesting, I didn't know about the night time reversing and I'll try to stay away from personal as much as possible.
The "Ghost" thing for me tends to be early morning. Not sure why. I do have it at night too, not as much though. Someone definitely wants to make their presence known to me. Since I've started reversing the presence has come in much stronger. At this point it doesn't seem threatening...yet.

I have found out that it depends on polarity and the way you choose to record so if I record using the analog 3.5mm connector line in or microphone in I need to make two mono recordings and invert the second recoding basically give it a reverse polarity it has to do with magnetics. I would have to record from line in twice very important.. Now say I did a stereo mix I would need to make two recordings of using stereo mix and then invert its called invert in audacity one of the recording and play it back the same goes for spdif I need to make two mono recordings not stereo always mono of my spdif input and invert one of the recordings now all three methods of recording and there is more have a different polarity you will hear different things depending on how you choose to record by line in stereo mix or spdif all have different polarity but you should make two mono recordings of your recording of which ever method and invert one of your recorded tracks. |

Now it can get frustrating with not been able to hear voices properly and you end up recording from line in twice recording from stereo mix twice recording from spdif twice and then in audacity you can listen to all 6 tracks along side each other and you will be able to work voices out that you would not hear before after obviously you have to make sure to invert 3 of the 6 recorded recordings but yeah it all about have a normal polarity and inverted polarity and making multlple records by line in spdif stereo mix to track the different voices down it can be a long process when you record from line in spdif in and do a stereo mix. |
